8 Week Total Body Solution

The 8 week total body solution is scientifically designed, specifically graded and progressive. So if you are 17 or 70, a professional athlete or a complete novice, you can achieve the body4you quickly and safely with the 8 week total body solution.

Week 1&2
BURN: Peripheral Heart Action

The foundation of the Body4you programme, peripheral heart action training utilises both upper body and lower body exercises, combined in such away as to place increased demand upon the cardiovascular system whilst at the same time delivering a whole body strength and toning effect.

Week 3&4
SCULPT: Super Sets

The next step in total body fitness is supersets, exercises for opposing muscle groups are performed with minimal rest and combined with whole body cardio vascular training in order to elevate the heart rate and excite the metabolism, whilst at the same time building balanced muscular tone and endurance.

Week 5&6
FLEX: Compound Sets

Training intensifies with the inclusion of compound sets, cardiovascular and resistance exercises for the same muscle group are completed without rest in order to enhance the intensity of the toning effect for the specific muscle groups, including the glutes, thighs, abs, chest and arms.

Week 7&8
TONE: Circuits

The most complex of the training principles complete the final weeks of the body4you programme, utilising circuit resistance training interspersed with heart rate accelerating exercises to intensify the affect of the resistance training upon specific muscle groups, whilst at the same time delivering a very satisfying and enjoyable workout experience.
