If this is your first time visiting this site then welcome.  Body 4 You is a new concept in personal training it is the first truly holistic system of exercise, diet and lifestyle enhancement which is proven to help our clients acheive their goals in less time, in the most enjoyable way, at a price they can afford. 

At this time of year you might be one of the many disgruntled gym members who started the year with great intensions but found their will-power waining as the weeks past.  At Body 4 You we know the secret to a successful training regime, it can be defined by the simple adage; 'Willpower gets you started but habit keeps you going'.  We aim to help you make positive lifestyle choices and develop positive habitual behaviours so that exercise is no longer a chore but instead becomes an important part of your life. Eventually it might even start to become a part that you actually enjoy rather than dread.

So if you can cope with one more quote to finish this months newsletter, then I will leave you with this one; 'First we form our habits, then our habits form us'.
