A: Body4you operates a referral system with GPs, Chiropractors, Osteopaths and Physiotherapists in the Cotswold area. We also have two highly qualified soft tissue specialists on site. All of our rehabilitation programmes allow clients to strengthen their bodies to cope with increased physical daily demands as well as complimenting other alternative therapies.
Q: How can I get started?
A: At body4you we offer a FREE initial assessment. This establishes your starting level of health and fitness and also assesses the body for limitations in flexibility, posture and functional movement. Height, weight, body shape and body fat percentage can be also measured so that specific attainable goals can be set.
