I have always been active and part of a sporting environment, so for me, Personal Training was a natural progression and something I get a great reward from. I’m currently studying a degree in strength and conditioning which not only improves my knowledge but also aids in becoming a better coach and athlete. Coming from a Rugby background, training has always been a priority, not only to improve my performance but also my quality of life. I enjoy using a variety of training techniques and methods to keep the time in the gym both fun and challenging. The sense of achievement after training is great, and something I enjoy helping others achieve whilst Personal Training.
