I love working out and making fitness practical for others. Having started out teaching five years ago specialising in Pilates, I was soon broadening my horizons by qualifying as a personal trainer and completing a number of other courses. Having been a member of Body4You Gym for a number of years I was delighted to recently be invited to join the team of trainers here. Body4You has a great atmosphere, the group sessions are always fun and challenging and everyone is friendly and encouraging. I love teaching – whether it is Pilates or personal training. I find it especially rewarding seeing clients achieve their goals, grow in confidence, enjoy their sessions and feel better afterwards. I believe that exercise is for everybody, and my role is to encourage and motivate people to stay active and fit and help them to always do more than they thought they could.
