NICK CAFEARO

PERSONAL TRAINER / GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTOR / OWNER

I’ve worked in the fitness industry for 19 years and have co-owned and coached at Body4you since 2008.

When I first stepped into fitness coaching, my interests were sports specific performance, body building and group circuit training.

As I’ve matured in this industry and worked with a wider range of clientele, my passion has evolved into helping people of all different abilities to meet their fitness goals. The most important thing for me is getting to know you as an individual, helping to make you feel at ease and bringing fun into the workouts. My approach is to tailor every session to the individual and make it as productive, and more importantly, as enjoyable as possible.

I’m a family man with a wife and two beautiful young daughters who are my absolute world. I love my sports, especially rugby and golf which I have played for the majority of my life.

As the company owner I’m super proud how the body4you gym has developed the warm approachable atmosphere it has and I feel blessed with the loving community we have. It’s like an extended family, and I’m confident in knowing you won’t find another gym like it.

ETEL COWLING

PERSONAL TRAINER / GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTOR / PILATES INSTRUCTOR

I live in Winchcombe with my husband and two teen-aged children. Growing up in Slovakia I had a very active childhood and a keen interest in sports; skiing and ice skating in winter to hiking and cycling in summer and playing volleyball during high school. After meeting my husband, moving to a foreign country (that I love and call home now) and having two children quite close together my lifestyle changed considerably and I found myself very unfit, insecure and overweight.

Through a friend I discovered Pilates and enjoyed it so much that I decided to become an instructor. I completed my Pilates diploma in 2012 and began teaching weekly Pilates classes and one-on-one sessions locally. I also started running and joined the Body4you gym. I still remember the first time I walked through the doors feeling timid and out of my depth only to be put at ease by the team and the friendly members. I rediscovered my love for exercise. I completed a Level 3 Personal training course in 2013, and a few others since (kettlebell training, pre and post natal exercise).

I started working as a personal trainer at Body4you in 2018. I really enjoy coaching the classes and individual clients. I strongly believe that anyone can exercise and I take joy in helping my clients get fitter, stronger and more confident in themselves and their abilities. I understand that every client is unique and so are their needs and we work together towards their goals with attention to detail.

LUCI SWIFT

PERSONAL TRAINER / GROUP CLASS INSRTUCTOR

I am a level 3 PT with qualifications in personal training, group based training, spin and nutrition.

I have been qualified for nearly 10 years now but I have been running my own outdoor and in home personal training business for the last two years.

My aim is to make keeping fit an enjoyable experience as well as the process it takes creating and working towards your fitness goals. I feel that everyone should feel comfortable and proud in and out of their bodies. We do have to spend our whole lives in them!

As a mother of 3, I have the personal desire of wanting to feel fit, happy, healthy and strong. I feel this is so important not just for physical health but for emotional well-being and a happy life.

I will help you set goals and push yourself towards achieving them. I believe we are all more capable than we think and with the right coaching I can help you see that potential. I personally thrive seeing my clients evolve and fall in love with this process.

I use a mixture of strength and weight training with functional movements to improve fitness, endurance, aesthetic and strength.

JAMES O'MEEGHAN

PERSONAL TRAINER / GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTOR

I left university thinking I was going to use my biochemistry degree to become a chemistry teacher, but after a few months at Teacher’s College, I decided it wasn’t for me.

It was shortly after this that the Director of Coaching of my local gym suggested I turn my passion for fitness into a career.  That was in 2013, and I’ve been coaching ever since!

I’ve been fortunate to coach in gyms in New Zealand, the Middle East, and in UK. Working with people from all walks of life, and a variety of physical abilities.

I started in the CrossFit world, and have since discovered that helping people be fit for life is my greatest passion!  Life-long sustainable fitness, for me, is what true freedom is about.  Making sure we have the strength, fitness and mobility to allow us to experience life to its fullest.

Personally, I love doing it all. Endurance running, open water swimming, gymnastics, strength training, skiing, golf, whatever allows me to have fun while being active!

Having spent the last 9 years of my life in the fitness industry, I know there’s still plenty more to learn, and plenty more to experience! And I look forward to that, as well as helping as many as I can on their fitness journey!

TYRENE MUCADAM

PERSONAL TRAINER / GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTOR

I’m a native New Yorker who moved to the UK 8 years ago. I work in finance but have a true passion for all things health and wellness.

My fitness journey started like most when I wanted to work on myself and improve my physical strength. I became a coach 7 years ago where I qualified as a reformer pilates instructor and L3 personal trainer sparking my passion to teach and help people of all ages and abilities reach their fitness goals.

I’ve competed in and won a number of CrossFit competitions across the United Kingdom. I’ve also worked with a wide range of clients both in group fitness classes and 1:1 coaching. I’m energetic, empathetic, and hyper focused on building people up. I have a wide range of experience from mat & reformer Pilates to HIIT and strength training.

I recently had a little baby girl and understand the challenges in getting back to exercise which has led me to embark on working more recently with pre and post natal women. What drives me is to help people achieve their goals whatever they may be and doing it in a sustainable way which allows physical and mental growth!
