With 18 years experience in the fitness industry, I will empower you to push your body’s physical boundaries through modern functional training methods. I am a former youth international and semi-professional rugby player that believes ‘The only limit in life, is yourself and through guidance and perseverance anything is possible.'

My career in the fitness industry started in 2003 when I became a certified Personal Trainer while studying at the University of Gloucestershire where I graduated with a BSc in Exercise & Health Sciences.

In 2006 I worked at Bath Rugby Club as the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach where I gained valuable experience in the professional world of sport.

Come 2018, I became a Ride Instructor at London's premier boutique spinning company, Psycle, where I worked with some of the best instructors in the country all over the capital over a two year period.

In 2019 I worked at a unique bespoke personal training facility called Opus Fitness in the heart of Notting Hill, London while still co-owning and operating Body4you gym in the Cotswold's. I have worked with a variety of clientele ranging from elite athletes, celebrities to the general population.

With over 30,000 individual personal training sessions worth of experience, my intention is to leave you feeling energised, positive and inspired to work towards your fitness goals.

I’ve worked in the fitness industry for 19 years and have co-owned and coached at Body4you since 2008.

When I first stepped into fitness coaching, my interests were sports specific performance, body building and group circuit training.

As I’ve matured in this industry and worked with a wider range of clientele, my passion has evolved into helping people of all different abilities to meet their fitness goals. The most important thing for me is getting to know you as an individual, helping to make you feel at ease and bringing fun into the workouts. My approach is to tailor every session to the individual and make it as productive, and more importantly, as enjoyable as possible.

I’m a family man with a wife and two beautiful young daughters who are my absolute world. I love my sports, especially rugby and golf which I have played for the majority of my life.

As the company owner I’m super proud how the body4you gym has developed the warm approachable atmosphere it has and I feel blessed with the loving community we have. It’s like an extended family, and I’m confident in knowing you won’t find another gym like it.

I live in Winchcombe with my husband and two teen-aged children. Growing up in Slovakia I had a very active childhood and a keen interest in sports; skiing and ice skating in winter to hiking and cycling in summer and playing volleyball during high school. After meeting my husband, moving to a foreign country (that I love and call home now) and having two children quite close together my lifestyle changed considerably and I found myself very unfit, insecure and overweight.

Through a friend I discovered Pilates and enjoyed it so much that I decided to become an instructor. I completed my Pilates diploma in 2012 and began teaching weekly Pilates classes and one-on-one sessions locally. I also started running and joined the Body4you gym. I still remember the first time I walked through the doors feeling timid and out of my depth only to be put at ease by the team and the friendly members. I rediscovered my love for exercise. I completed a Level 3 Personal training course in 2013, and a few others since (kettlebell training, pre and post natal exercise).

I started working as a personal trainer at Body4you in 2018. I really enjoy coaching the classes and individual clients. I strongly believe that anyone can exercise and I take joy in helping my clients get fitter, stronger and more confident in themselves and their abilities. I understand that every client is unique and so are their needs and we work together towards their goals with attention to detail.

My name is Drew Shaw and for the last 5 years now I have been helping busy people optimise their physical and mental performance through mastering their health, strength and mindset. My journey first began as a rugby player which helped grow my passion for sports and challenge. Since then I have explored other sports and adventures in the form of triathlons, ultra-endurance events, cross-fit and many more disciplines.

It’s my mission as a coach to help others build strong, robust bodies that can move well and remain injury free whilst challenging their physical and mental limitations respective of their current position. For some this may mean a triathlon, for others it may be to remain fit and healthy for everyday life. No matter the goal or your current position, I plan to meet you where you are in your journey and help provide the support, tools and knowledge to help you to the next step and have some fun along the way.

I’m Keira and I have been a level 2 and 3 personal trainer for two years, specialising in helping women improve their quality of life by becoming healthier, fitter, more confident versions.

I have an ever-growing passion for health and fitness, and I wholeheartedly believe that movement is a necessary component of physical and mental wellness. One of my aims is to use a realistic approach that fits your lifestyle, and  really enjoy using a combination of strength and HIIT training to help you reach your goals.

As your coach, my goal is to create a positive and fun experience to equip you with both the tools and knowledge to build healthy habits and maintain your results long term. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase performance, better your nutrition or simply improve your quality of life, I am here to support you through your process to make it as simple and straightforward as possible.

I am a movement coach and online trainer who helps people of all ages and ability ranges improve the way they move, feel and look.

My main goal is to practice and explore natural human movement patterns that will ultimately create a well-rounded body, able to function to the best of its ability in day-to-day life. In order to achieve this, I teach people how to restore and re-learn natural patterns of movement, establish sound posture and fundamental skills that we have forgotten and lost through bad habits.

I believe that functional strength, mobility/flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness are the three pillars of training needed to achieve a balanced and all-round human being. To move mindfully, play intentionally and grow naturally is at the heart of what I stand for.

My ethos is to inspire as many people as possible to move mindfully and with intent, whilst educating them on how to re-inhabit their bodies to become strong, mobile, resilient and pain free by moving functionally every day, at every opportunity.
